Exchange and Return Policy

Please Note: 

1. Exchange is only allowed if there's an issue with the size.

2. It has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Requests for exchange placed after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

4. We do not have the facility to exchange the products for change in color or other preferences

At Bae Beach, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@baebeach.com within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, delays beyond this timeframe will result in a rejected exchange request.

How to Return Your Product
To return your item, kindly mail it to: support@baebeach.com.

Please note:

  1. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
  2. If your refund request is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping & Exchanges
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that Bae Beach does not guarantee receipt of returned items without a trackable method.

Refund Policy 

At BaeBeach, refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  1. Refunds are applicable only for products with a manufacturing defect.
  2. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@baebeach.com.
  3. Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  4. A complete unboxing video of the package is mandatory for any refund request. Refund requests without this video evidence will be rejected.
  5. We do not process refunds for changes in size, color, or personal preferences.
  6. A processing fee of INR 199 will be charged per order for any refund request.
